A 2.5-Hour Online Workshop with Bonnie M.

In this workshop, you’ll learn practical skills to help you move out of confusing, reactive states. These include pseudo-feelings like “attacked,” “rejected,” or “unsupported,” and other judgments that often get mistaken for emotions. You’ll learn how to recognize the real feelings and needs underneath.

You’ll practice connecting those feelings to the needs they point to, and strengthen your Loving Parent’s ability to care for your inner family. This powerful process helps us keep the focus on ourselves in the here and now, increasing the chance that we can act rather than react.

Together, we’ll explore how to shift from confusion and disconnection to emotional clarity, feeling our feelings, and self-compassion—by showing up for ourselves the way a loving parent would.
